I started baking sourdough a few months ago just for fun, but I quickly fell in love with it and couldn’t stop. Realizing very quickly I was baking way more bread than I could eat, I began sharing it with friends, coworkers, and anyone who’d take a loaf. They loved it! After lots of recipe testing and growing confidence, I decided to launch Hallah Bread so more people could enjoy it too. :)​
